The design comprises a large concert hall and ancillary rooms. The hall is conceived as a excavation in the ground with a large machine hall hovering above. Due to the excavation in the ground the hall can be altered and changed into almost every arrangement for music, dance and other performances. The exterior is clad with shining glazed stairs. The building is topped with a restaurant and outdoor performing facilities.
